What began as a small pilot series, is now growing into a 3- part Art + Wellness journey, offering guided creative activities and space for self-reflection, healing, and growth. Mindful Mondays exists to remind us that even on the heaviest days, creativity can be a grounding force, conversation can be comforting, and community can be healing.
