Return & Exchange Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We accept returns for refund or exchange if items have been
damaged during transit.
Refunds and Exchange
To be considered for a refund or exchange, you MUST first contact me within 7 days of receiving the artwork at ndjartistry@gmail.com to inform me of the damages and the item must be returned. Once the damaged item has been received, an email will be sent to you and if a replacement is available i will ship it out to you. If there is not a replacement available, i will be able to provide a full purchase refund or we can explore other options that may be available to you.
